Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. On monthly billing, you cancel in 2 clicks and tracking stops at the end of the paid month. On annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 12, and cancelling stops the renewal at the end of the term.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If tracking isn’t right for you within 14 days of your first payment, email us: you’ll get a full refund to your card, no questions asked.
Is the 30%-off-for-life offer really for life?
Yes: as long as your subscription stays active, you keep 30% off your plan, even if our prices go up. Limited to the first 100 subscribers. If you cancel, you lose the discount.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard, under “Your subscription”. The amount is adjusted automatically.
What’s a “tracked question”?
A question a customer might ask an AI, for example “What’s the best accountancy firm in Glasgow?”. Every Monday, Saykora asks it to the AIs and records whether you’re cited, in what position, and who’s cited instead.
How do I pay? Do I get an invoice?
By bank card (Visa, Mastercard), in euros. Every payment generates an invoice you can download from your dashboard. Prices exclude VAT. Online payment opens very soon: leave your email to be the first to know.
Agencies: can I bill my clients in my own currency?
Yes: you pay Saykora in euros, and you’re free to set the price and currency of what you resell. Your clients never see Saykora.
